That's right, Fnarg is offering cheap hosting in the land of the nearly-free, Amsterdam!
Prices start at $10 per 3 months with no setup fees! That's pretty cheap! I allow adult content at these rates, which officially makes me the cheapest adult-friendly host on the net :)
This is shared hosting, you will be cohabiting with other clients, but unlike most hosting companies I do not oversell. This means you are fully entitled to all the disk space and data transfer you've paid for. I don't sell anything more than I can realistically provide, which means your site will be fast and responsive, and you'll find I'm quite generous with my bandwidth. Your site will handle Digg / Slashdot / TGP traffic with ease, as long as your code doesn't stink. That's something a lot of the popular hosts can't match.
Domain registration is NOT included with your hosting account. They are to be purchased separately, either through me or any other domain registrar. If you already own a domain, that's fine too!
If you register your domains from me, DNS hosting is included!
Adult/TGP webmasters: You can have free subdomains under .tonofsex.com or .poundofsex.com with any account :)
The minimum contract duration is 3 months. If you pre-pay 12 months, you get a discount equivalent to 1 free month.
Perfect for personal sites, e.g. a small blog or vanity site.
Good for small photo galleries or media-heavy blogs.
Lots of data transfer for busy sites, or for multiple blogs and sites with downloadable files
Big traffic for adult sites and videos.

If you run out of disk space or bandwidth, there are a few things you can do:
I'm very easygoing, and if you spill over by a little bit, I'll pretend I didn't notice :) You have access to daily reports for your site's bandwidth usage, and I will let you know if you're close to busting the limit.
In the pleasant event that your needs outgrow the Ultra plan, we can talk about dedicated or semi-dedicated servers which I offer on a discretionary basis, with far greater storage and bandwidth possibilities.
There's one main rule: keep it legal! I'm a very liberal kind of guy, and Amsterdam is a liberal kind of place.
If I object to any content, I will discuss it with you by email or phone, and only remove the content if it is absolutely necessary. I really hate censorship, so as long as you stay out of trouble, we'll be fine.
Again, if you cross a line, I'll politely let you know and lay out your options. If you refuse to adjust or remove the offending content within a reasonable time frame (typically 7 days), I reserve the right to terminate your account. I don't want legal trouble, that's all.
Lastly, if you are caught deliberately and repeatedly breaking the rules, I reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without refund. I hope I never need to resort to such a thing, and will only consider such rash action in the most extreme cases, but I have to draw the line somewhere. I assure you, it's still a far better outcome than getting sued and/or turned over to the authorities.
